Tamye Crutchfield is the visionary behind The Experience Method™, bringing over 30 years of experience in early childhood and school-age education. With a foundation in both project-based learning and Montessori education, she is known for transforming struggling programs into high-performing, thriving schools by strengthening operations, elevating academics, and driving enrollment and growth. Her work is rooted in one belief: children learn best through meaningful, hands-on experiences. The Experience Method™ was built from years of real-world application, giving educators a clear, practical system to deliver high-quality learning, and is complemented by Casa Mia Montessori, her training program designed to help in-home providers create structured, high-value environments.
